Mission and Vision

Our Mission

The concept of “Moriri” is an attempt to bring appreciation to art, culture and nature.

MORIRI GALLERY OF CONTEMPORARY ART(S) SHOWCASES TALENTS OF DIVERSE EXPRESSIONS

Moriri Gallery is a dedicated structure purposely and strategically laid out in an eco-friendly space with the touch of a serene African mangrove setting. The gallery is housed on 2 floors with interesting architecture which brings about unique experiences when interacting with the works of different artists.

We encourage visits to the arty intellectual space to enhance art appreciation, recycling, environmental friendliness, tourism, inter cultural fertilization and education. All visits to the gallery are prearranged. A friendly call to the office team is the fix.

We have beautiful Arts Work for Entertainment

Our Vision

Our motivation is that with an ecosystem we can impact the creative industry thereby creating a cultural renaissance with a wider impact on nature and the environment. By this we believe art can impact any human endeavor through records keeping, advocacy and interrogation. One of these quotations capture our vision.

The function of the artist in a disturbed society is to give awareness of the universe, to ask the right questions, and to elevate the mind. – Marina Abramovic

Art is standing with one hand extended into the universe and one hand extended into the world, and letting ourselves be a conduit for passing energy. – Albert Einstein

Art is not a mirror to hold up to society, but a hammer with which to shape it. Leon Trotsky

When I think of art I think of beauty. Beauty is the mystery of life. It is not in the eye it is in the mind. In our minds there is awareness of perfection. – Agnes Martin

Make art that makes you happy. Make art that makes you better. Make art that makes you money. Make art that makes a difference. – Sahil Lavingia

Art is a collaboration between God and the artist, and the less the artist does, the better. – André Gide
